The Zoning Board of Appeals is comprised of seven members and one alternate appointed by City Council. One of the seven members shall be a member of the Planning Commission. The board authorizes use in a zoning district in which it is not otherwise permitted, provided it is clearly shown that the land cannot be utilized for a zoned use. Meetings are held the first and third Tuesday of the month.
